Back bone problem, need help

I am a CCTV Engineer. Due to a mishap I fell off from a working site and my back bone gets some damage. By the passage of time it gets severe. Now I can't work properly and having too much difficulty to stand and go to work. If any body wants to help me it will be a great kindness as I am unable to get medics and treatment. My time is hard and nobody in my relatives help us. God knows better who is rite n who is wrong. Wealthy people eat one time dinner but in that price I can able to walk and work again. God help us all.
