Need aid for my health condition, house rent and basic needs

I'm 25. I live with my family. We're living in a rental house. My father is doing job. And he barely afford to pay bills, bring food and also the rent of our house. I want to do work but unfortunately i can't do work because I'm medically unfit. Because of not getting food, protein, vitamins and calories my health has gotten worse. I had become very skinny. Due to malnutrition, the ribs on the chest near my heart are deformed and i feel pain in my heart. And I'm also suffering from burning sensation in the feet (Nerve problem and deficiencies of vitamins B12, B6, B9). Because of this disease and malnutrition, my nails are also getting affected by it. And then I sold my phone and i went to the doctors and they gave me medicines, supplements and some vitamins, also did the sugar test which was 117. I ate medicines but because of malnutrition, weakness in my body i fainted and lost consciousness and i fell to the ground. Our relatives they don't support us.
