Fundraising for Unpaid Fee Challan for a deserving student

Urgent funds needed to be raised for a deserving student on 100 percent Need-based-Scholarship. The University is unable to waive these off, and we are at a stalemate with the institute. The student is from a very underprivileged village from Pakistan, and comes from very humbled background. If the remaining Challan forms are not cleared by Monday, the Student Portal will automatically withdraw the student from the semester and he will have no choice but to drop out. I kindly request everyone to share this in relevant circles where this deserves the attention it needs. Please come forward.
