Help a student pay off loan taken due to medical emergency

Hi iam laleen . Iam a student at university of peshawar, my brother is a heart patient with holes in his heart, doctor spoke of operation and with help of ihsas card and multiple ngos we covered the operation cost but nightly stays in the hospital along with other expenses forced me to take on a loan from jazzcash as i had already exhausted all other ways of financial help like family , friends and organizations, my father is dead and my mother refused remarrage to my uncle due to which we were left to fend off for ourselves, we receive our father pension , i have a scholarship to help out with my studies and we also do stitching for income but due to this meducal emergency now iam in desperate need of help to repay this loan .
