Help for a struggling student for house and marriage

Assalamualaikum. I belong to very poor family. I always have worked hard and i got admissions in public sector medical college. I've done my mbbs and doing a job but in Pakistan it is very difficult to earn. I dont have a house or anything so i can build a house or get married. I am trying everything doing extra jobs applying for loans but i am at my wit's end. Kindky help me by raising such money. I'll be thankful
