My name is Muhammad Ali, and I am 30 years old. I have had epilepsy since childhood, which makes it impossible for me to work. My father and elder brother are also unable to work, so there is no one in our family earning.
We had my sister’s marriage 9 years ago, which caused our family to fall into debt. I struggle every month just to afford my medicines, sometimes borrowing from others to manage.
