House And Everything Damaged in Flashflood

Assalamualaikum,
I am from Mingora, Swat. Our house is located near a seasonal stream (locally called a Khwar). During heavy rain, monsoon, or cloudbursts, this stream turns into a dangerous flash flood.
Recently, floodwater entered our home and destroyed everything inside, including beds, furniture, appliances, and all essential household items in short nothing lefted inside house all left was mud and Sadness..😭 my father died in 2018 and I am alone in my family to earn responsible for everything even At the age of 21.
Our house only has ground-level rooms. If another heavy rain or cloudburst happens,in upcoming months my family will have no safe place to move, and our lives will be at serious risk...as the months pass by I am getting more and more depressed thinking about flash floods bcoz it often happen every year and my house is just Infront of the stream
I belong to a low-income family and cannot afford to build an upper safe room to protect my family from future flash floods.
We are requesting support to:
• Construct one upper safe room
• Restore basic household necessities
• Make our home safer during monsoon emergencies
