I m job person but my salary account freeze on 2 month for outstanding loan balance but I fully cleared loan 2017 and bank never contacted me again sudden merger of bank than cal me and threating and haras I request a bank please open my acount if u have outstanding balance I will pay monthly installments but bank said never never open my acount when paid full bLance I m totally dependent on my salary I m widow alon women daily expenses financial issues help me mu outstanding balance 273000 please help me it's request I m presently residing in rent any bodyno help and cooperation please help
