Need help for bone and artries surgery

Hi there my name is zain and a daily wage earner had an accident on my bike and hit a barricade at high speed all the flesh and fat had come out of that part of leg and minor cracks on bone. I need 4lacs for surgery 2 lacs have been raised up from family and friends need 2lac more.
