I was involved in a motorcycle accident when a car driving the wrong way struck me. As a result, I sustained a severe head injury that affected my brain and also caused damage to my cervical spine. Following the doctor’s advice for three months of strict bed rest, my employer where I had worked for nearly four years terminated my employment, as they were unable to provide support or medical assistance during this period. I am requesting help with medical treatment so I can recover and return to work.
