Assalam_o_Alaikum,

I respectfully submit this request for financial assistance for the medical treatment of my 37-year-old sister.
She has been suffering from severe depression and thyroid disease for the past 18 years. Recently, her mental condition has become extremely serious. She forgets names, loses her words in the middle of sentences, and becomes very distressed, often crying and asking, “What is happening to me?” At times, when her condition worsens, she loses control and may attempt to harm herself or family members.
Doctors have strongly advised continuous treatment and regular medication. Unfortunately, due to our financial hardship, we are unable to afford the ongoing medical expenses.
Our father passed away in 2010. My brothers are married and financially struggling. We have tried our best to manage her treatment, but it is no longer possible without external support.
We humbly request your organization to kindly consider our case for Zakat or financial assistance so that we may continue her necessary medical treatment. We are ready to provide medical reports and any required documents for verification.
