Urgent Help - Kidneys Transplant

Brother of a close friend is in a critical situation due to his kidney failures. 

At just 26 years old, a daily wager, father of 2 daughters, fate has brought him to this stage.

Since the past 3 years  the family is struggling and going under medical examination of transplant procedure and dialysis. 

We have been helping them with their expenses, but all savings have depleted, and they have incurred a lot of debt.

Due to lack of funds I'm requesting help.

Allah ﷻ says:

“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes, in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies His reward for whom He wills” (Qur’an 2:261)

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Charity does not decrease wealth.” (Muslim)

Zakat is also acceptable
