About Us
Since 1991, Al-Shifa Trust has been dedicated to eliminating blindness from Pakistan. With a network of seven tertiary eye hospitals in Rawalpindi, Sukkur, Kohat, Chakwal, Muzaffarabad, Haveli Lakha and Gilgit, and the country’s largest community outreach program for eye care, over 35 million people have been bestowed with the gift of sight with 89% of the patients treated absolutely free-of-cost.
Our Mission
Al-Shifa Trust was established with the aim of prevention and control of blindness by providing standard and sustainable eye care services which are accessible and affordable to all regardless of gender, race, color or religion. Its essential components would be hospital-based tertiary eye care services and community-oriented prevention of blindness program.

To be recognized as the finest eye care hospital providing primary, secondary and tertiary care in Ophthalmology and to continually improve the quality of services provided to all patients, as well as expand community outreach to the under-privileged.
