Can I give things away or have prizes for my donors?

Gohelpme does not permit organizers to offer any type of goods or services to the donors on or through our platform. This includes offering or promoting any contest, competition, reward, raffle, giveaway, or similar activity.

What are other ways I can make my fundraiser successful?

There are several ways you can encourage your fundraiser through sharing and asking others to share your problem as well. Moreover, you can also use the “Share Fundraiser” option within your Gohelpme account to see different ways to share.

How can I thank my donors?

Let your supporters know how much you appreciate them! Regular updates on your fundraiser page keep everyone informed about your progress. Gohelpme also allows you to send personalized thank-you notes directly through the platform. For those extra special donors, consider taking the time to write a heartfelt handwritten note, especially if you have a personal connection with them.

What happens if my fundraiser violates the Terms of Service?

Gohelpme prioritizes the security of both donors and organizers by enforcing clear Terms of Service. These Terms ensure that all fundraisers are legitimate and meet our requirements. If a fundraiser violates any of these terms, Gohelpme may remove it and a team member will reach out to you via the email address you provided during signup. However, we might work with you to align your fundraiser to our Terms of Service. If that is difficult or you are not ready to work with us, we may refund some or all of the donations your fundraiser has received. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information.
