Chronic Kidney Disease Ptnt-both kidneys Failed-on dialysis since 2023

Young, single educated guy diagnosed with chronic kidney disease CKD - both kidneys have failed due to wrong medication applied by the doctor. It affects my liver also so the kidney transplant cannot be done unless liver transplants and unfortunately it cannot be done in my country Pakistan. Doctors have no option left for me except to be on dialysis if i want to live.
Since 2023 November, i am surviving through different painful procedures and wishes to die naturally as suicide is strictly forbidden. I had my engagement due on December 2023 but it cancelled and everyone left me. I’ve also got the admission in Germany for my PHD in energy sector but failed to pursue.
I have done my Bachelorette in Petroleum Engineering from NED university in 2013 and dual Masters from UK and Turkey 2017. I was working as Assistant Manager Supply and Logistics in an Oil Marketing Company since 2017. Now i have no source of income - my brother is taking care of me - my mother is in unbearable pain - my father is in heaven, departed on 2020 July.
Thats a little insight on my life. My savings are about to end, my will to live is destroying day by day. I and my family don't have much required amount for my treatment so i am just surviving the day totally depending on my brother. I would appreciate and be thankful to anyone, Allah’s beloved person, who can help me out financially or even emotionally or for my treatment. I know its too much to ask for, but i have no hope, no option left and its really really hard for me to appeal publicly. I hope through this platform, some help i would be receive.
