Help Me Overcome My Financial Burden

I am reaching out for support during a difficult financial period. I currently have an outstanding loan of approximately PKR 400,000, which is being deducted directly from my monthly salary. Because of these deductions, my take-home salary has become significantly lower, making it difficult for me to manage my essential household expenses.
In addition, I need to repay PKR 200,000 to a friend who previously helped me financially. I am doing my best to manage these responsibilities through my regular income, but the salary deductions and outstanding commitments have placed a significant financial burden on me.
