درخواست برائے مالی امداد برائے علاج و مصنوعی ٹانگ

السلام علیکم!

میں ایک ضرورت مند شخص ہوں اور اپنی ٹانگ کے مسئلے کی وجہ سے شدید مشکلات کا سامنا کر رہا ہوں۔ مجھے اپنی ٹانگ کا آپریشن کروانے اور چلنے پھرنے کے لیے مصنوعی ٹانگ (Artificial Leg) لگوانے کی ضرورت ہے، لیکن مالی حالات کمزور ہونے کی وجہ سے میں اپنے علاج کے اخراجات برداشت نہیں کر سکتا۔

میں تمام مخیر حضرات، صاحبِ حیثیت افراد اور فلاحی اداروں سے مؤدبانہ درخواست کرتا ہوں کہ میری مالی مدد فرمائیں تاکہ میں جلد از جلد اپنا آپریشن کروا سکوں اور مصنوعی ٹانگ لگوا کر دوبارہ اپنے پیروں پر کھڑا ہونے اور چلنے پھرنے کے قابل ہو سکوں۔

آپ کی طرف سے دی جانے والی ہر چھوٹی یا بڑی امداد میرے لیے بہت قیمتی ہوگی۔ آپ کی مدد سے مجھے علاج کروانے، اپنی زندگی کو بہتر بنانے اور خود مختار بننے کا ایک موقع مل سکتا ہے۔

My Story – Please Help Me With My Medical Treatment

Assalam-o-Alaikum,

I am requesting financial support for an important surgery on my leg.

My leg has already been amputated, but the remaining part of my leg has a bone that protrudes outward and has a pointed shape. Because of this, I experience pain and discomfort when wearing my artificial leg. It makes walking difficult and affects my daily life.

I need medical evaluation and surgery to correct the shape of the remaining part of my leg, if recommended by my doctor, so that I can wear my artificial leg more comfortably and improve my ability to walk.

Unfortunately, I cannot afford the medical expenses on my own. I am humbly requesting kind-hearted people to help me raise funds for my surgery, medical treatment, and any necessary adjustments to my artificial leg.
