No one can help to anyone for food I just want to help others. just it

I have only one thing that what can do when no one helps you at your bad time when you need food no one give you and when you need money for business no one help you if someone do bad thing's after this then he called by bad words so why no one cares about it i just want to make  people happy with food i also need food my wife is pregnant and i feel ashamed on my self because i have no money for her medicine also i dont have food for us im a shopkeeper i have my own little business but i have no profit just bcoz i don't have things that use at my work and i asked for money to my every friend and some relatives but no one help me 💔💔💔 if you want help me then im thank full to you may Allah help us remember in your prayers that pic was my own bowl   and in the bowl you see dirty expired fine
