Struggling to Repay a Bank Loan — Seeking Support to Survive

Assalam o Alaikum,
I am reaching out with humility and hope during one of the most difficult phases of my life.
I am a salaried person who took an interest-based bank loan in good faith to manage essential family needs. At that time, I believed I would be able to repay it smoothly from my monthly income. Unfortunately, due to rising expenses, household responsibilities, and limited salary, the loan repayment has now become extremely difficult to manage.
After paying the monthly installment, it has become a constant struggle to meet basic household expenses, including food, utilities, and essential needs. Each month feels heavier than the last, and despite my best efforts, I find myself falling deeper into financial stress.
I am not asking for luxury or comfort — I am only seeking help to clear or reduce this loan burden so I can breathe again and live with dignity. The constant pressure of repayment has affected my mental peace and my ability to support my family properly.
I am working honestly and continuously, but at this point, I cannot overcome this situation alone.
