Accessing your charity's data

To view the data of your donors or organizers, you must first log in and complete a two-factor authentication step.

You will receive a code on your registered email address, which you will need to enter to proceed.

Requesting Charity Data

After logging in, navigate to your dashboard and click on the 'Your Charity' section.

There, you can choose to access the details of either "donors" or "organizers." Once you have made your selection, your details will be verified, and the information will be sent to your registered email address.
