
Confirming your connection to your charity

We can confirm your access if you work for or are closely affiliated with the charity, and your role allows you to manage their Gohelpme account. Once verified, you will have full control over the account, including viewing donor and fundraiser data.
Confirming your connection:
The charity owner will send an invite to the person who wishes to join. Once the invite is accepted, the person becomes a member. To start a campaign, the member visits the Gohelpme platform, select the "Charity" option, and enters their charity's email address. This email address is used to verify membership against the organization's database. If the email exists, the campaign is created, and a request is sent to the charity owner for further campaign approval. Once the approval is made, the campaign will be published live.
Could not confirm your connection to charity?
If we can't confirm your affiliation with the charity after reviewing your documents, we may request additional information for clarification. However, if verification remains unsuccessful, your Gohelpme account will become an individual account. While you can still use it to fundraise, you won't have access to donor data or the ability to manage the charity's account.
