Got scammed and lost Computer which was everything for me as student

I posted an ad on OLX to sell my whole computer setup worth around Rs110000/- to Rs120000/- and one day after i got a massage from man and he asked me to show the computer in video i sended him a video and he made a deal of Rs108000/- i agreed on this price and he asked me to deliver the computer through local bus service and I agreed then next day (Tuesday) in morning i packed the computer and went to the bus station and loaded the computer on to the bus and he sended me a receipt of a international bank and said this will take 24 hours the receipt looked legit so come back to home and after that he was i contact with me since 6 pm Wednesday and i told him that payment didn't arrived he said the payment will arrive their is no problem and then he blocked me
He said that the computer he purchased was for his little brother
I appeal from you guys to please help me i am a student. It took me 4 years to build this kind of computer i started from core 2 duo and got on this level. This pc was the thing by which i earned some money a little bit of money which helped me my father business has been sold and he cannot bear this kind of pressure
