My name is sarwat my husband Amjad is a serious heart patients and has been on regular medicine and monthly tests for the last 4year,due to his health condition he is enable to work properly,and our household expenses are very difficult to manage .

We have 2 children (1st and 7th class) And their school fee are panding. along with this,our monthly house rent grocery and my husband meicine treatment/expenses have become too heavy for me .
