A Husband, a Father, and a Family in Need of Hope

My name is Saif’s wife, and I am reaching out with a humble heart to ask for help for my husband and our children. We are a family living in Lahore, Pakistan, facing one of the most difficult periods of our lives.

My husband, Saif, suffered a brain hemorrhage that changed his life and our family’s future. Since then, he has been struggling with serious difficulties with his memory, speaking, reading, writing, and understanding what he sees. Everyday tasks that were once simple have become extremely difficult for him. His health has left him unable to work and earn a living as he did before.

Our family is also facing serious concerns about his overall health, including heart and kidney-related problems. He needs proper medical follow-up, prescribed medicines, and ongoing care. However, our financial situation makes it extremely difficult to manage the medical expenses he needs.

Saif was the main earning member of our family. He carried the responsibility of providing food, paying household expenses, buying medicines, and supporting our children’s education. Now that he is unable to work because of his health, that responsibility has become an overwhelming struggle for our family.

Every day, we worry about how we will afford his medicines, put food on the table, and meet our children’s basic needs. Our children’s education has been disrupted because we are struggling financially, and the stress of our situation is affecting their well-being too. As a wife and mother, it is heartbreaking to see my husband suffering and our children facing uncertainty, while I struggle to find a way to provide for everyone.

We are not asking for luxury. We are asking for a chance to meet our family’s basic needs, continue Saif’s medical care, and give our children the opportunity to keep learning and build a better future.
