Providing additional information to receive funds

We want to ensure that funds are transferred to the right bank account and for this, we often need more information. However, you can still receive donations while we collect and assess your information. So, you can continue sharing your campaign as much as you can. The foremost step is to set up your bank transfers or add a beneficiary who can receive funds on your behalf.
Providing additional information to receive funds
In some cases, we may ask for extra details before releasing your campaign funds, for example:
- Proof of identity: A valid government-issued ID matching the campaign owner’s name.
- Bank account verification: Documents showing the bank account belongs to you, to someone else, or your organization.
- Proof of campaign purpose: Invoices, bills, medical documents, or other evidence related to your fundraising reason.
- Confirmation of beneficiary: If you’re raising funds for someone else, proof of their consent and details.
- Clarification of large withdrawals: Supporting documents for unusually high payout requests.
- Compliance with platform policies: Ensuring no restricted, harmful, or unsafe content is involved.
