Identity Verification Process

To receive funds successfully into your bank account through Gohelpme.pk, you must complete the identity verification and bank account setup process.

Follow these steps to begin the verification process: Go to your Fundraiser Dashboard, Click on "Your Campaigns", Navigate to the "Bank Details" section, Click "Onboard Yourself to Activate the Campaign", Then click on "Identity Verification"

• Front side of your ID Card
• Back side of your ID Card
• Selfie Video (holding your ID card)
• Picture of your Finger or Thumb

Document Requirements:

Make sure your documents meet the following conditions:

• A valid government-issued ID
• Not expired and not temporary
• Full legal name that matches your bank statement and entered transfer details
• A clear, color photo with all information visible
• Front and back of ID as separate images or full passport photo page

Personal bank statement

• Full legal name that matches ID
• Bank logo
• Account or IBAN

When Will You Receive Funds?

Once both your identity verification and bank account details are approved by our team: Funds will be transferred directly into your verified account.
