
Troubleshoot bank transfers

If you’re experiencing delays with your bank transfers or haven’t received your funds yet, please review the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.
Check your transfer schedule:
Go to the Transfers section of your gohelpme.pk account. Under “Next Payout,” you can see when your next payout is scheduled. Remember, every transfer may take 2 to 5 business days to arrive in your bank account. Even with daily transfers, you might not receive funds every single day.
Verify your bank account status:
Make sure your bank account details are accurate and active. Double-check that your account number and bank name are correct to avoid any rejections.
Check your account approval status:
Log in to your gohelpme.pk account and confirm whether your account is approved or rejected by the gohelpme.pk team. If your account is still under review, this could delay transfers.
Confirm your identity verification:
Ensure your identity verification is complete. If any documents are still pending, upload them as soon as possible. Also, check if any document has been rejected or has expired. In that case, submit valid documents immediately.
